1. Who We Are

Conflow is a product and service provided by Orevida LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Conflow provides a unified messaging platform that connects multiple third-party messaging services through integrations, including but not limited to Beeper, Poke, GoHighLevel (GHL), and cloud hosting providers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Identifiers – such as name, username, email address, phone number, or account credentials.

Profile Information – including social media usernames, display names, and profile pictures when connecting messaging accounts.

Contact Information – including phone numbers, email addresses, or contacts imported by you.

Messaging Service Data – depending on your integration settings, we may process message content, metadata, attachments, or contact lists via third-party providers (Beeper, Poke, etc.).

Payment Information – processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

Device & Usage Information – IP addresses, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, referring URLs, crash logs, cookies, and performance data.

Location Data – approximate geolocation inferred from IP address; no precise GPS tracking.

Inferences – insights derived from your use of the service (e.g., retention likelihood, activity patterns).

With Your Consent – where you authorize additional sharing.

5. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Orevida LLC acts as both a Data Controller (for account information, billing, and communications) and a Data Processor (when processing messages on behalf of users via integrations).

Roles & Responsibilities: You (the customer) are the Data Controller for the content you transmit through Conflow. Orevida LLC is the Processor.

Subprocessors: We rely on subprocessors (e.g., Beeper, Poke, GoHighLevel, hosting providers). A current list is available upon request.

International Transfers: Data may be stored and processed on U.S.-based servers and transferred internationally using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards where required.

Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Breach Notification: We will notify affected users and regulators of a data breach as required by applicable law.

Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary for service provision, legal compliance, or user request for deletion.

By using Conflow, you agree to the DPA terms incorporated into this Privacy Policy.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and data minimization. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
