These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Conflow, a product of Orevida LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“Orevida,” “Conflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Conflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Overview of Service

Conflow provides a unified messaging platform that enables you to connect multiple third-party messaging services (“Messaging Services”), access and manage conversations, and use AI-driven features such as smart replies and search.

We act as a middleware service: Conflow does not own or operate the Messaging Services and is not responsible for their availability, security, or compliance. Your use of each Messaging Service remains subject to their own terms and policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Conflow.

You must have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

By using Conflow, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account with others, except as explicitly permitted.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Conflow is a paid service from the beginning; free trials may be offered at our discretion.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

Refunds are issued only where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Conflow to:

Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Interfere with or disrupt Conflow’s systems or security.

Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.

Misuse Conflow to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.

Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt unauthorized access to Conflow.

6. Third-Party Services

Conflow integrates with third-party Messaging Services and infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

Your data may be transmitted, processed, or stored by third-party providers as necessary to operate Conflow.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any Messaging Services you connect.

7. Data Processing & Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

When using Conflow, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in and transferred to countries where our providers operate, including the United States.

8. Intellectual Property

Conflow, its software, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Orevida LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Conflow solely for personal or business messaging purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of Conflow.

9. Disclaimers

Conflow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or compatibility with every Messaging Service.

We are not responsible for messages lost, delayed, or altered by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Orevida LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orevida LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of Conflow,

Your violation of these Terms,

Your violation of third-party rights or Messaging Service terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Conflow at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose legal/security risks.

Upon termination, your license to use Conflow ends immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes must first be attempted to resolve informally by contacting [email protected].

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Sharjah, UAE, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.
